• As a Reporting Analyst - Senior Associate, you will play a pivotal role in delivering managed services that streamline operations, reduce costs, and enhance efficiency for our clients. You will be instrumental in managing key processes and functions, leveraging your skills in project management, technology, and process optimization to provide exceptional services. Within our Managed Services practice, you will focus on transitioning and running services, managing delivery teams, programs, and performance, while continuously improving and optimizing processes, tools, and services.
• As a Senior Associate, you will build meaningful client connections and learn how to manage and inspire others. You will navigate complex situations, grow your personal brand, and deepen your technical skills. You are expected to anticipate the needs of your teams and clients, delivering quality work even when the path forward is unclear.
