• As a Managed Services - Fintech - Associate 2, you will play a pivotal role in executing outsourced processes, including client and customer interaction, data review, enrichment, and processing. You will implement and monitor quality controls while resolving escalations and queries, contributing to the streamlined operations and efficiency improvements for our clients. As an Associate, you will be driven by curiosity and reliability, adapting to a fast-paced environment with diverse clients and team members. You will take ownership of your development, consistently delivering work that drives value for our clients and success for the team.
• In this role at PwC Acceleration Center India, you will be part of our Assurance practice, where you will apply your skills in project management, technology, and process optimization. You will gather information from various sources to analyze facts and discern patterns, building commercial awareness and understanding how the business works. By adopting habits to sustain performance and developing your potential, you will actively listen, ask questions, and express ideas clearly. This opportunity allows you to build a personal brand, opening doors to further growth and learning within the firm.

Who can apply

• - At least a Bachelor's degree
• - At least 1-3 years of experience
• - Oral and written proficiency in English required
• Strong proficiency in SQL, with the ability to independently write and optimize complex queries.
• Hands‑on experience with Sigma Computing (preferred) and Power BI.
• Familiarity with Snowflake or other cloud data platforms.
• Solid understanding of data modeling, data governance, and role‑based access control.
• Advanced Excel skills, including VBA and macro automation.
