  • As an HR Admin – Associate, you will play a crucial role in managing the people lifecycle and handling day-to-day operational tasks related to employee management. This includes activities such as onboarding, offboarding, payroll and benefits administration, and compliance with labor laws. As an Associate, you will focus on learning and contributing to client engagement and projects while developing your skills and knowledge to deliver quality work. You will be exposed to clients to learn how to build meaningful connections, manage and inspire others, and grow your personal brand by deepening your technical knowledge of firm services and technology resources.

Who can apply

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
  • 2–4 years of experience in HR administration, HR operations, or a related role.
  • Experience working with HRIS platforms; exposure to Workday is preferred.
  • Working knowledge of HR policies, employment practices, and labor law fundamentals.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Ability to work effectively in a night-shift environment.
