Skills you'll use

What you'll do

• * Own the product vision, roadmap, prioritisation, and execution for one or more product areas.
• * Translate customer, business, and market problems into clear product requirements and scalable solutions.
• * Drive products/features through the complete lifecycle — discovery → definition → development → launch → measurement → iteration.
• * Lead feature launches and product releases, ensuring strong execution, adoption, and measurable business impact.
• * Work closely with Engineering, Design, Data, Analytics, Business, Operations, Risk, Compliance, Marketing, and other cross-functional teams.
• * Manage multiple high-priority and concurrent product initiatives in an Agile environment.
• * Own customer-facing experiences and continuously improve UX, conversion, engagement, and customer satisfaction.
• * Use data, experimentation, customer insights, and qualitative feedback to make evidence-based product decisions.
• * Identify product opportunities through customer research, market trends, competitive analysis, and business performance.
• * Define success metrics, track product performance, and drive continuous optimisation.

Who can apply

• * Engineering background — B.E./B.Tech or equivalent technical education preferred.
• * Strong product management experience, with demonstrated ownership of products from concept to launch and scale.
• * Prior experience in FinTech / Lending / Payments / Financial Services is strongly preferred.
• * Experience in Internet, e-commerce, consumer technology, or other high-scale digital businesses is also highly relevant.
• * Experience building and managing customer-facing digital products/assets.
• Proven track record of shipping products and features at scale, not just managing requirements.
• * Strong experience in stakeholder management, including working with senior leadership and cross-functional teams.
• * Prior experience in team management / mentoring / product team leadership.
• * Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies and experience operating in fast-paced product environments.
• * Ability to independently manage multiple mainstream/high-impact projects simultaneously, while maintaining prioritisation and execution discipline.
