• Overview of the job
• We are seeking a Packaging Product Research & Innovation Leader to drive consumer-centric packaging innovation. This role involves translating deep consumer insights into superior packaging solutions that meet technical, quality, sustainability, and business requirements. The leader will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams and external partners to identify, develop, and commercialize innovative packaging. This role will require extensive domestic and sometimes international travel.
• This role will work closely with cross-functional teams including Product Research/Product Development (PR/PD), Brand, Analytics & Insights (A&I), Design, Engineering (P&E), Supply, Manufacturing, Quality, Purchasing, and Supply Chain teams, as well as external suppliers.
