What you'll do

• We're looking for an Associate or Senior Associate to join our Quality Control team within Client Onboarding. You'll conduct quality reviews of AML/KYC CDD assessments, provide constructive feedback to the onboarding team, and help drive continuous improvement — all while ensuring regulatory requirements are met and client experience is never compromised. This is a hands-on role best suited to someone with strong AML/KYC experience who thrives in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.

Who can apply

• 5+ years' experience in financial services, ideally within commercial banking or lending, with strong working knowledge of AML/KYC including CDD and EDD.
• Experience reviewing complex corporate structures, including non-transparent jurisdictions such as trusts and offshore entities (e.g. BVI, Channel Islands, Cayman Islands).
• Familiarity with financial crime prevention controls and regulatory expectations.
• Strong attention to detail, confident written and verbal communication skills, and the ability to deliver high-quality work consistently under competing priorities.
• Proactive, resilient, and organised — able to work independently and collaboratively, managing workloads effectively to meet deadlines and service-level expectations.
