What you'll do

• We are looking for an experienced Finance Controllership professional to join our Corporate Finance team. In this role you will own end-to-end accounting and reporting across both internal and external requirements — working under IFRS and Indian GAAP — while leading a broad array of planning projects and process improvement initiatives that directly support OakNorth's growth ambitions.

Who can apply

• CA (Fresher)/CPA/MBA in Finance with 1-5 years of progressive experience demonstrating strong accounting expertise and advanced financial analytical skills.
• Strong Microsoft Excel and MS Office skills with a focus on reporting automation; ability to prioritise and manage multiple workflows simultaneously.
• Excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills, with experience working across multiple functions and geographies in a fast-paced organisation.
• Self-driven, proactive, and results-oriented mindset with a continuous improvement outlook; comfortable operating at scale with a hands-on attitude and big-picture thinking.
