What you'll do
- Assist the product manager with launch planning, timelines and field readiness
- Track prescription and market-share data for the assigned product(s)
- Coordinate with design and print vendors on promotional literature
- Support market mapping and doctor-list building for new launches
- Prepare cycle-meeting decks and launch trackers for the marketing team
- Ensure promotional material clears UCPMP and regulatory review before release
- Track brand performance against prescription and market-share data
- Brief and manage creative and research agencies to keep campaigns on time and on brand
Who can apply
- B.Pharm/B.Sc/BBA/MBA (Marketing) from a recognised university
- 0–2 years of experience in pharmaceutical marketing, brand management or a related commercial function — freshers and 2026 graduates are welcome
- Working knowledge of MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, Prescription Data Analysis
- Comfort with MS Excel, PowerPoint and prescription-audit dashboards and with reading prescription and market-share data
- Ability to turn a market read into a clear brand plan and defend it to sales and medical stakeholders
- Attention to detail, ownership and the discipline to document your work
- Based in Raipur, Chhattisgarh or willing to relocate (remote candidates across India may also apply)
