What you'll do

  • Nirmata is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Senior Software Engineer to join our team and work on the Nirmata Governance Platform. In this role, you will be pivotal to the product—leading projects and designing and developing the platform end to end.
  • If you are passionate about software technologies, have a strong background in Java or Golang, and have a track record of building innovative, large-scale systems that handle substantial volumes of data and events, we invite you to apply.

Who can apply

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
  • 6+ years of professional experience in software development.
  • Proficiency in either Java or Golang is required; experience with both is a strong plus.
  • Experience with modern frameworks such as Quarkus, Spring Boot, or the equivalent in Golang is highly desirable.
  • Strong knowledge of object-oriented design principles and software design patterns.
  • Proficiency in defining API specifications (OpenAPI/Swagger, REST, gRPC, WebSocket).
  • Experience with Kubernetes, Prometheus, Kyverno, and other cloud-native technologies.
  • Proven experience developing platforms built on distributed architecture in public clouds (AWS, Azure, GCP).
  • Experience at a startup or similar environment handling large volumes of data and events (Datadog, New Relic, Splunk, Sysdig, etc.).
  • Familiarity with frameworks or cloud services used in large-scale distributed systems, such as Kafka, RabbitMQ, and Redis.
