What you'll do

• We are looking for a highly analytical and business-focused finance professional to join our Finance & Control team as a Manager - Accounts & Milk Payroll based out of Samalkha Factory. In this role, you will be responsible for driving robust accounting processes, financial controls, fixed asset accounting, period-end closing activities, and cost management initiatives. You will also play a critical role in managing the milk value chain, including farmer payments, milk costing, supplier negotiations, and process improvements.
• The position offers a unique opportunity to work at the intersection of finance, operations, and supply chain while driving business performance, compliance, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Who can apply

• Education: CA/MBA (Finance)
• Experience: 2-3 years of experience in Finance, Accounting, Controlling, or Manufacturing Finance
• Technical & Functional Skills
• Strong accounting and financial control knowledge.
• Experience in budgeting, cost analysis, and financial reporting.
• Strong analytical capabilities with the ability to derive insights from large and unstructured datasets.
• Knowledge of SAP and Microsoft Office applications.
• Behavioral Competencies
• Strong stakeholder management and networking skills.
• Negotiation skills, particularly in supplier/vendor management environments.
