- Over 5 years Technology experience in functional Testing
- Application Knowledge: FirstVision, Cards Platform, Cards Schemes (Visa, Mastercard, EFTPOS), Vision+, batch management
- Experience in Credit card products and its lifecycle (Statement processing, interest calculations)
- Instalments and Balance Transfers, Hardships and Collections, Fraud, 3DS, Disputes
- Payments: Direct Debits, BPAY, NPP
- Software Delivery technical skills – creating test scenarios, test execution, defect analysis, SIT support, pre-prod preparation and prod change management, requirements management, vendor management
- Experience on Tools such as JIRA / Rally /Quest, Simulators: VTS, MAS and Paysim
- Experience in Automation: API, Web using
