Who can apply
- Minimum 6 years of experience in process management/transformation at a Procurement function of a large cross-functional organization.
- 1-3 years of experience as a change agent, having effectively implemented the change in a large cross-functional organization.
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college/university
- Globally recognized certifications like CPSM or Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certified.
- Proficient in O365, SharePoint, Tableau, Power BI, MS Project, Visio, Agile/backlog management (e.g., Azure, Jira, Confluence), or equivalent.
- SAP experience and Organizational Change Practitioner Certification (PROSCI) preferred.
- Proficient in written and verbal communication and presentation skills.
- Proven success with working in a matrixed, global organization.
- Exposure to process mining tools (e.g., Celonis) and data analytics platforms (Power BI/Tableau) preferred
- Basic understanding or experience with AI/automation tools (e.g., GenAI, workflow automation) is a plus
