Skills you'll use

What you'll do

• Design schematics and PCB layouts for automotive electronics
• Select components against automotive quality and cost targets
• Bring up and characterise prototype boards on the bench
• Support EMI/EMC and environmental qualification
• Maintain hardware documentation and BOMs
• Maintain accurate technical records and traceability for your work
• Follow plant safety, quality and environmental standards at all times
• Escalate issues early and close them with verified corrective action

Who can apply

• B.E./B.Tech/Diploma in Electronics, Electrical, E&TC or Instrumentation Engineering from a recognised university
• 0–2 years of experience in an engineering, plant or quality function — freshers and 2026 graduates are welcome
• Working knowledge of PCB Design, Altium Designer, Schematic Capture
• Comfort with Altium, oscilloscopes and lab bench equipment, and with reading and working to a drawing or specification
• Ability to read an engineering drawing, follow a standard, and explain a technical result clearly to production or the customer
• Attention to detail, ownership and the discipline to document your work
• Based in Pune, Maharashtra or willing to relocate (remote candidates across India may also apply)
