What you'll do

• 1. Procurement and storage of Indirect consumables.
• 2. Material receiving and issue online as per as per maintenance requirement.
• 3. Regular updates to management for inventory level, perpetual inventory and production.
• 4. Monitoring production process to meet the timely completion of requirement within budget.
• 5. Ensuring requisite availability of material, manpower and equipment.
• 6. Compliance of material planning and procurement rules, considering Environmental compliances as well.
• 7. Negotiation with suppliers to secure advantageous terms.
• 8. Receipt and approval of parts and services as per Procurement Guidelines.
• 9. Performing risk assessment on potential contracts with suppliers.
• 10. Preparing budget yearly: Revenue and Capital.

• Education - Diploma (Mechanical/Electrical/Electronics) with experience of only Procurement
