What you'll do

• Position Title / Role: Project Lead
• The Project Lead will support the Automation Centre of Excellence (COE) by designing and delivering intelligent automation solutions aligned with Maruti Suzuki’s business and digital transformation objectives.
• This role involves close collaboration with business stakeholders, vendor partners, and internal IT teams to translate business requirements into scalable digital solutions. The Project Lead is expected to possess a strong understanding of modern technology enablers to guide solution discussions, validate vendor deliverables, and ensure adherence to COE standards.
• The role operates in an Agile environment using tools such as JIRA and requires hands-on expertise across the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
• Role Detailing (Work Areas & Responsibilities)
• 1. Requirement Management & Analysis
• · Identify opportunities to implement and scale intelligent automation solutions across plant and manufacturing operations.
• · Collaborate with business stakeholders to elicit, document, and validate detailed requirements prior to vendor engagement.
• · Review and validate functional specifications, user stories, and technical documentation prepared by vendor partners.
• · Conduct technical feasibility assessments, gap analysis, and provide solution recommendations.
