Skills you'll use

What you'll do

• 1. Basic knowledge of predictive maintenance and routine vibration analysis of equipment such as pumps, blowers, fans, compressors, and CNC spindles.
• 2. Perform thermography inspections on electrical equipment and motors and analyse to detect abnormalities.
• 3. Generate oil and grease test report, interpretation and analysis for hydraulic systems, robot and gearboxes.
• 4. Maintain condition monitoring data, equipment health records, and maintenance notifications in SAP HANA.
• 5. Review and optimize alarm limits and baseline data in condition monitoring software.
• 6. Detect, analyse, and report early equipment faults to avoid breakdowns and downtime.
• 7. Prepare timely and actionable condition monitoring reports.
• 8. Generate daily, weekly, and monthly technical reports.
• 9. Static vibration checking of equipment and its analysis.
• 10. Bearing defect analysis, Problem identification.
