What you'll do

• Plan and deploy buses as per shift schedules and employee transportation requirements.
• Ensure timely arrival and departure of employee buses according to approved routes and timings.
• Monitor daily bus operations, vehicle utilization, and route compliance.
• Coordinate with drivers, conductors, transport contractors, and employees to ensure smooth transportation services.
• Verify driver attendance, duty allocation, and availability of vehicles for each shift.
• Ensure compliance with road safety regulations, company safety standards, and statutory requirements.
• Monitor vehicle condition and coordinate with the maintenance team for preventive and breakdown maintenance.
• Handle transportation-related emergencies, breakdowns, accidents, and employee grievances promptly.
• Maintain records of vehicle movement, fuel consumption, driver deployment, attendance, and transportation performance.
• Track and report key transportation metrics such as punctuality, vehicle availability, and route efficiency.
