• Strategic Planning & Roadmap Development
• - Formulate the 5-year strategic plan for Mahindra Powerol, aligned with Mahindra Group’s vision.
• - Identify emerging opportunities in power generation, clean energy, and allied sectors.
• - Define growth priorities across domestic and international markets.
• Market & Competitive Intelligence
• - Conduct in-depth market research, competitor benchmarking, and industry analysis.
• - Track regulatory changes, technological advancements, and customer trends impacting the power solutions industry.
• - Business Model Innovation
• Explore new business models (e.g., renewable energy integration, hybrid solutions, digital services)
• Evaluate partnerships, alliances, and M&A opportunities to accelerate growth

Who can apply

• MBA from a reputed institution (preferably with specialization in Strategy, Finance, or Marketing).
• Engineering background in Mechanical/Electrical/Energy preferred.
• General Experience
• 5 to 10 years of experience in corporate strategy, consulting, or business development.
• - Exposure to energy, power solutions, or manufacturing industries is highly desirable.
• - Proven track record of developing and executing long-term strategic plans.
• Critical Experience
