What you'll do

• 1. Engine Calibration Development
• * Execute steady-state and transient engine calibration activities.
• * Support combustion optimization activities including spark timing, air-fuel ratio, injection timing, injection quantity, and torque structure calibration.
• * Support development of air-path calibration including throttle control, airflow estimation, manifold filling models, and torque management.
• * Assist in exhaust after-treatment calibration development to achieve emission compliance targets.
• * Develop calibration maps and strategies under guidance.
• 2. Vehicle Calibration Development
• * Support vehicle-level calibration development for Drivability, Launch performance, Tip-in / Tip-out response, Idle stability, Transient torque response, Cruise Control, Start-stop functionality, Environmental compensation, Cold start and warm-up, Participate in subjective and objective vehicle evaluations.
• 3. Emissions & OBD Development
• * Support emission calibration activities to meet Bharat Stage, Euro and other applicable regulations.
