What you'll do

• Responsible for achieving sales targets of Used tractors /exchanged tractor and increasing exchange share within an assigned territory / dealers by developing brokers/customers relationships, identifying new business opportunities, managing existing accounts, and implementing effective sales strategies.

Who can apply

• Bachelor's degree in Agricultural engineering with MBA (preferred) in marketing management
• General Requirements
• Typically 2–5+ years of sales experience, depending on the industry.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Ability to build and maintain customer relationships.
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Target-oriented and capable of working independently.
• Willingness to travel within the assigned territory.
• Knowledge of CRM systems and MS Office/Excel is usually preferred.
