Skills you'll use

What you'll do

• Develop and qualify welding parameters for new components
• Investigate weld defects and drive them out of the process
• Maintain WPS, PQR and welder qualification records
• Support welding fixture and robot cell improvements
• Train operators on correct welding practice
• Maintain accurate technical records and traceability for your work
• Follow plant safety, quality and environmental standards at all times
• Escalate issues early and close them with verified corrective action

Who can apply

• B.E./B.Tech/Diploma in Mechanical, Automobile or Production Engineering from a recognised university
• 0–2 years of experience in an engineering, plant or quality function — freshers and 2026 graduates are welcome
• Working knowledge of Welding Processes, MIG / TIG Welding, Spot Welding
• Comfort with welding equipment and inspection instruments, and with reading and working to a drawing or specification
• Ability to read an engineering drawing, follow a standard, and explain a technical result clearly to production or the customer
• Attention to detail, ownership and the discipline to document your work
• Based in Mumbai, Maharashtra or willing to relocate (remote candidates across India may also apply)
