What you'll do
- Execute preventive maintenance schedules and record compliance
- Attend breakdowns and restore machines within target time
- Analyse repeat failures and eliminate their root cause
- Maintain spare parts stock and critical spares list
- Support machine installation and commissioning
- Maintain accurate technical records and traceability for your work
- Follow plant safety, quality and environmental standards at all times
- Escalate issues early and close them with verified corrective action
Who can apply
- B.E./B.Tech/Diploma in Mechanical, Automobile or Production Engineering from a recognised university
- 0–2 years of experience in an engineering, plant or quality function — freshers and 2026 graduates are welcome
- Working knowledge of Preventive Maintenance, Breakdown Analysis, Hydraulics & Pneumatics
- Comfort with CMMS, hydraulics and electrical diagnostics, and with reading and working to a drawing or specification
- Ability to read an engineering drawing, follow a standard, and explain a technical result clearly to production or the customer
- Attention to detail, ownership and the discipline to document your work
- Based in Bengaluru, Karnataka or willing to relocate
