What you'll do

• 1. Handling of routine job Functions Pertaining to Engineering in Production Dept.
• 2. Execution of Planned Preventive Maintenance Program for plant equipment's as per pre-defined and planned schedule and identification of critical spares for Production like Compression, Coating, Granulation, Packing Machines etc.
• 3. Up-keeping facility materials on-day today basis also listing minor obseration on shop floor by means of GMP documents.
• 4. Ensuring safe and healthy operation of material movement equipment's.
• 5. Analysis and Handling of breakdown maintenance of Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics and Utility equipment's in Production Dept...
• 6. Maintaining stock of all types of Lubricants, Grease, consumables, belts, seals etc.
• 7. Co-ordination with external agencies and vendor development for the Service support for Production Equipments.
• 8. Implementation of departmental documentation and ensure Cmpliance to cGMP and Quality system for Production activities.
• 9. Supervision of in-house project related to plant and machinery.
• 10. Maintaining all Air conditioning units and utility equipment's installed in the plant.
