What you'll do

• The QA Expert Compliance ensures that quality agreements (QAAs) and related processes meet regulatory, contractual, and organizational requirements. It involves directly supporting the quality negotiations with global customers, and alignment between internal stakeholders and customers. The position operates at a global support level while site specific additions and direct negotiations remain local.

Who can apply

• Serves as point of contact for internal stakeholders on all QAA-related matters
• Coordinates with cross-functional teams, including Legal, Quality, Operations, Commercial, and others to ensure consistency during implementation
• Preparation and managing QAA updates including periodic reviews or withdrawal of QAAs
• Contributes to continuous improvement initiatives within quality compliance processes.
• Analyzes current workflows and proposes optimizations to increase efficiency and reduce turnaround times
• Supports the implementation of (digital) tools and automation following lean management
• Provide the consistency between Lonza internal processes and commitments in QAAs
• Collaborates with Global Quality and other sites to drive improvements, harmonize processes, and increase efficiency.
• Provides expert guidance and knowledge sharing across the organization to strengthen compliance awareness.
• Serves as a subject matter expert on compliance-related topics for the business unit and other sites Manages TrackWise Records as required
