What you'll do

• Lead the end-to-end product marketing strategy for the full Health Ingredients (HI) portfolio, defining value propositions, messaging frameworks, and competitive differentiation tailored to B2B audiences including nutraceutical brand owners, formulators, and supplement brands across global markets.
• Own marketing's contribution to the HI opportunity pipeline as a primary commercial accountability, defining measurable targets for qualified lead generation (when applicable),  top-of-funnel (TOF) impact (thought leadership and brand awareness) for the entire HI portfolio. Measure product adoption, new account engagement in line with divisional growth expectations; monitor pipeline performance across campaigns, segments, and channels; and report impact to commercial leadership on a regular cadence to ensure marketing activity is a direct and quantifiable driver of business momentum.
• Drive content generation for the HI portfolio across all formats (website copy, product brochures, white papers, case studies, technical datasheets, and social media), ensuring accuracy, scientific credibility, and brand consistency.
• Work closely with the HI Global Product management teams to translate ingredient science, product roadmaps, and platform benefits into compelling customer-facing narratives and marketing materials.
• Collaborate with Sales and commercial teams to develop HI-specific sales enablement tools, launch campaigns, and demand-generation initiatives that drive product adoption and revenue growth.
• Analyze market research and competitive analysis focused on the health ingredients landscape to identify emerging trends, unmet consumer health needs, and new market opportunities for the HI portfolio.
• Support HI product managers and R&D in developing and executing go-to-market strategies for new ingredient launches and line extensions.
• Develop and manage the HI product marketing budget, allocating resources across initiatives, negotiating with vendors, and ensuring spend efficiency.
• Partner cross-functionally with PM; R&D, Regulatory Affairs, and Supply Chain to ensure seamless product launches and effective lifecycle management of the HI portfolio.
• Stay up-to-date on industry trends and regulations in the health and nutrition space, ensuring the HI marketing strategy adapts to evolving regulatory guidelines (FDA, FTC, DSHEA) and emerging consumer health trends.
