What you'll do

• Level 4 will lead technical development and delivery at Team level. Will operate as Individual Contributors, who are specialists in particular technology areas and will be narrower and have deeper focus. Capable of accurate effort estimate for any change. At this level, typically, will be doing code reviews and mentoring junior team members and able to work unsupervised and lead on smaller engineering focused initiative.

• Invest to develop your technical and agile skills. Continuously improve technical skills through on-the-job learning and training opportunities. Stay up to date with emerging technologies and industry trends, identify opportunities for innovation and growth. Seek feedback and actively work on improving coding and problem-solving skills.
