What you'll do

  • Design wireframes, user flows, prototypes and high-fidelity screens
  • Contribute to and maintain the design system and component library
  • Work with product and engineering to turn requirements into usable interfaces
  • Participate in usability testing and iterate designs based on feedback
  • Create marketing and in-product creatives when needed
  • Present design rationale clearly in reviews and critiques
  • Keep files, naming and handoff specs clean and developer-ready
  • Research design patterns, accessibility standards and competitor experiences

Who can apply

  • Bachelor's/Master's degree in Design, HCI, Fine Arts, Architecture or a related field — strong self-taught designers are welcome
  • 0–2 years of professional experience — 2023–2026 graduates and freshers with strong project work are encouraged to apply
  • A portfolio showing UI/UX work — real projects, case studies or thoughtful concepts
  • Proficiency in Figma (auto-layout, components, variants, prototyping)
  • Understanding of visual hierarchy, typography, colour, spacing and grids
  • Grasp of UX fundamentals — user flows, information architecture, usability heuristics
  • Awareness of accessibility basics (contrast, tap targets, semantics)
  • Ability to take critique constructively and iterate quickly
  • Bonus: motion design, illustration, or basic HTML/CSS understanding
  • Clear communication — you can explain why a design decision is the right one
