What you'll do

• Key Responsibilities:
• Application Review:
• - Review loan applications and supporting documents from borrowers to ensure completeness and accuracy.
• Ensuring on adherence of all internal process check list, co-ordinating with sales team to get the queries resolved.
• Validation of loan prospect details in salesforce application with documents and boarding of loan into core application
• Updation of multiple parameter like insurance details, asset details, repayment details and other critical details in core application
• Ensure that all loans comply with bank process notes and guidelines.
• Timeline Management:
• Monitor timelines for loan processing to ensure that loans are processed in a timely manner and meet closing deadlines.
• Control MIS action:

Who can apply

• Education: Requires a degree in finance, business, or a related field can be beneficial.
• Experience: Previous experience in mortgage processing or related fields is often preferred.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in mortgage processing software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Attention to Detail: Strong analytical skills with an emphasis on accuracy in documentation.
• Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills for effective interaction with clients and colleagues.
• Organizational Skills: Ability to manage multiple loans and tasks simultaneously while adhering to deadlines.
