What you'll do

• A. EHS Governance & Strategy
• Develop, implement and continuously improve the organisation's EHS framework, policies, SOPs and guidelines.
• Establish annual EHS objectives, targets, KPIs and action plans.
• Standardise EHS practices across all sites/locations.
• Act as the central point of contact for EHS matters across India operations.
• Provide EHS guidance to senior management and operational teams.
• B. Statutory & Regulatory Compliance
• Ensure compliance with all applicable Indian EHS legislation, rules, regulations and local authority requirements.
• C. Risk Assessment & Safety Management
• Conduct and review HIRA, JSA/JHA and risk assessments for routine and non-routine activities.
