Skills you'll use

Who can apply

• An eminent scholar with Ph.D. qualification(s) in Arts/ Science discipline with Statistics as a subject from an Indian University, or an equivalent degree from an accredited foreign University.
• M.Sc. /M.A. degree in Statistics with 55% marks (or an equivalent grade in a point-scale wherever the grading system is followed) from an Indian University, or an equivalent degree from an accredited foreign University.
• A minimum of three years of experience of teaching and/or research in an academic/research position equivalent to that of Associate Professor in Statistics from University, College or Accredited Research Institution/industry, including experience of guiding candidates for research at doctoral level in the subject of Statistics.
• A minimum of ten research publications in peer reviewed/UGC listed/CARE listed journals out of which three research papers shall be published during the assessment period.
• Contribution to educational innovation, design of new curricula and courses, and technology – mediated teaching learning process.
