What you'll do

• Own the annual marketing plan for an assigned brand or therapy area
• Brief and manage creative, media and research agencies against the plan
• Align the sales field force on brand priorities through cycle meetings
• Track brand performance against prescription and market-share data
• Plan and execute doctor engagement programmes, CMEs and product launches
• Manage the brand budget and report ROI to the marketing head
• Ensure promotional material clears UCPMP and regulatory review before release
• Track brand performance against prescription and market-share data
• Brief and manage creative and research agencies to keep campaigns on time and on brand

Who can apply

• B.Pharm/MBA (Marketing or Pharma Management) from a recognised university
• 3–7 years of experience in pharmaceutical marketing, brand management or a related commercial function — relevant hands-on experience required
• Working knowledge of Brand Strategy, Market Research Interpretation, Product Positioning
• Comfort with IQVIA/AWACS data, MS Excel and campaign-planning tools and with reading prescription and market-share data
• Ability to turn a market read into a clear brand plan and defend it to sales and medical stakeholders
• Attention to detail, ownership and the discipline to document your work
• Based in Thiruvananthapuram, Kerala or willing to relocate
