• Own the full recruitment lifecycle for engineering, AI, and leadership roles.
• Partner with department leads and founders on workforce planning and role definition.
• Design and execute sourcing strategies for hard-to-fill and specialized roles.
• Build and manage talent pools, referral programs, and proactive pipelines.
• Strengthen employer branding across LinkedIn, careers page, and hiring channels.
• Define and track TA metrics; drive continuous improvement in hiring quality and speed.
• Mentor junior recruiters and interns; standardize interview and evaluation processes.
• 4–7 years in talent acquisition, with a strong record of technical hiring.
• Proven ability to build sourcing strategies for niche and senior roles.
• Strong stakeholder and hiring-manager management.
