What you'll do

• Manage end-to-end recruitment for international and technical roles.
• Build and maintain talent pipelines across DACH, UAE, and US markets.
• Source through LinkedIn Recruiter, global job boards, referrals, and outbound outreach.
• Screen for technical and cultural fit; coordinate multi-round, cross-time-zone interviews.
• Manage offers, negotiations, and candidate experience through to onboarding.
• Track hiring metrics (time-to-fill, source effectiveness, offer acceptance) and report on pipeline health.
• Partner with leadership on workforce planning and employer branding in target regions.
• 3–6 years of full-cycle recruitment, including international or IT/tech hiring.
• Strong sourcing skills across LinkedIn and global platforms.
• Experience coordinating across time zones and with international candidates.
