Skills you'll use

What you'll do

• Develop, configure, and maintain ServiceNow applications and workflows.
• Support modules such as ITSM, CSM, HRSD, ITAM, and related applications.
• Build and maintain integrations using REST/SOAP APIs and IntegrationHub.
• Perform platform upgrades, enhancements, and issue resolution.
• Create and customize forms, catalogs, business rules, client scripts, UI policies, and Flow Designer workflows.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable solutions and improve platform performance.

Who can apply

• 3–8 years of hands-on ServiceNow development experience.
• Strong knowledge of JavaScript, ServiceNow scripting, and platform configuration.
• Experience with integrations, Service Catalog, Flow Designer, and API development.
• Familiarity with Agile development practices.
• ServiceNow CSA certification required; CAD certification is an advantage.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills.
