What you'll do

• ● Develop and maintain delivery methodologies for consistent, high-quality customer outcomes
• ● Drive product roadmap for business applications that create user value
• ● Collaborate cross-functionally to define success metrics, priorities, and implementation plans; manage product lifecycle from concept to delivery
• ● Architect and deliver solution-oriented implementations in customer environments
• ● Develop product and technical implementation plans, processes, and workflows
• Voice of Customer
• ● Translate customer needs into user stories through continuous discovery (surveys, interviews)
• ● Leverage empirical and qualitative data to assess feature performance and inform prioritization
• ● Analyze tradeoffs involving customer value, cost, and effort
• ● Proactively seek customer feedback and facilitate product demos for real-time team feedback

• ● Experience facilitating requirement discovery sessions to understand business context, user intent, and solution objectives

• ● Experience building user-facing products
• ● Familiarity with major cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP)
• ● In-depth knowledge of software best practices and frameworks across diverse technical environments
• ● Highly organized and proactive resource management skills
• ● Experience with JIRA or similar project management tools
