What you'll do

  • Build and maintain low-latency trading systems in C++ and Python
  • Develop exchange connectivity, market data handlers and order gateways
  • Implement real-time risk checks and system safety controls
  • Profile and optimise performance-critical code paths
  • Build simulation and testing infrastructure using recorded market data
  • Work directly with traders and quantitative researchers on system requirements
  • Support and monitor live trading systems during market hours

Who can apply

  • BE/BTech/MTech/MS in CS, ECE, EE, Mathematics or a quantitative field
  • 2026 or 2027 graduating batch, or up to one year of experience
  • Strong programming ability in C++ or Python
  • Excellent data structures, algorithms and complexity fundamentals
  • Working knowledge of Linux and command-line development
  • Understanding of computer networks and operating systems
  • Interest in low-latency systems and financial markets
  • Strong analytical and quantitative reasoning
  • Ability to collaborate closely with traders and researchers
  • Available to work full-time on-site in Mumbai
