What you'll do

• As an Analyst in the Interconnection & Transmission team, you will support interconnection consulting engagements for clients across North American power markets. This role is focused on hands‑on support for Interconnection Application (IA) preparation, submission, and tracking, as well as analytical support for generator and load interconnection studies and transmission planning work. The Analyst role is ideal for early‑career professionals seeking to build strong technical foundations in interconnection processes, power system analysis, and consulting delivery within a collaborative team environment.

Who can apply

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Power Systems, Energy Management, or a related field.
• 0–2 years of experience in the North American electric power sector or strong academic exposure to power systems, transmission, or interconnection topics.
• Familiarity with Interconnection Application (IA) processes, including generator or load interconnection requests, study phases, and required data inputs.
• Basic understanding of transmission planning, power flow analysis, and grid operations concepts.
• Exposure to power system modeling tools (e.g. PSCAD, PSS®E, PowerWorld, PSLF, TARA) through coursework, internships, or early professional experience.
• Strong attention to detail, organization skills, and ability to manage multiple tasks.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills.
