As part of a growing Digital practice Analysts can expect to work closely with leadership on a variety of tasks and initiatives. You will engage and collaborate with team members to propose unique solutions for complex challenges faced by our clients.

Who can apply

• Participate actively as a Reporting consultant on one or more project teams
• Translate legacy customer reporting requirements into Workday reporting tools.
• Understand and communicate touch points with the different Workday modules like HCM, Academics, Payroll, Benefits, Financials, Supply Chain, and Student.
• Build custom reports, dashboards, discovery boards, and embedded analytics using Workday’s reporting toolset
• Support key communication to project and client leadership
• Closely follow the strategic direction set by leadership when establishing Workday project goals
• Support the identification of process improvements and changes to our methodology based on project experience
• Substantial and measurable delivery within the reporting workstreams of 1 or more HCM, Financials, or Student implementations for at least two phases
• Excellent communication skills, oral and written, and the interpersonal skills needed quickly to establish relationships of trust and collaboration
