What you'll do

• The Production Engineer-Electrical will be responsible for optimizing electrical manufacturing processes, ensuring high-quality product output, and driving continuous improvement initiatives within our production facilities. This role involves a blend of technical problem-solving, process development, and collaboration with cross-functional teams to achieve production excellence.
• How you'll make an impact
• Design, develop, and implement efficient electrical manufacturing processes, procedures, and layouts for new and existing products.
• Troubleshoot and resolve electrical production issues, including root cause analysis and implementation of corrective and preventative actions.
• Select, specify, and qualify electrical components, equipment, and tooling for production lines.
• Develop and maintain detailed electrical assembly instructions, test procedures, and quality control documentation.
• Collaborate with R&D, Design Engineering, and Quality Assurance teams to ensure manufacturability of new products and seamless transfer to production.
• Identify and implement opportunities for process automation, error-proofing (Poka-Yoke), and waste reduction (Lean manufacturing principles).
• Conduct time studies and process capability analyses to optimize production efficiency and reduce cycle times.
• Train production personnel on new processes, equipment, and quality standards.

Who can apply

• Proficiency in CAD software (e.g., AutoCAD Electrical, SolidWorks Electrical) and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
