What you'll do

• We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Sr. Associate, HR Shared Services to join our team in India. This role is critical in providing prompt, accurate, and consistent HR support to our employees. The ideal candidate will primarily manage the end-to-end onboarding process for new hires and efficiently resolve employee inquiries through our ticketing system.

Who can apply

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Experience: 3-5 years of experience in an HR Shared Services or HR Operations role, preferably with a focus on onboarding in a large-scale or multi-state environment in India.
• Knowledge: Solid understanding of core HR processes and Indian statutory compliance related to hiring and employee documentation.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in using an HRIS (e.g., SAP SuccessFactors, Workday, Oracle) and experience with a ticketing system (e.g., ServiceNow, Zendesk).
