What you'll do

• Are you passionate about combining finance expertise with digital innovation to drive business value? We are looking for a proactive, technology-savvy Business Analyst to support the Global Capability Owner (GCO) of Function & Legal Entity Controlling within a globally distributed finance organization.
• In this role, you will contribute to the operational excellence and governance of a complex controlling environment that delivers planning, reporting, and closing services across multiple regions. You will serve as a key business partner, supporting leadership teams through structured planning, coordination, and execution of strategic initiatives while ensuring effective collaboration across global stakeholders.
• You will play an important role in advancing the finance transformation agenda through automation, analytics, and process optimization. By leveraging digital tools and technologies, you will help improve reporting capabilities, increase process efficiency, and enhance decision-making across the organization. Your ability to translate business requirements into practical solutions will support the standardization and continuous improvement of finance processes on a global scale.

• How You'll Make an Impact
• Act as a trusted business partner to global and regional finance stakeholders, supporting strategic decision-making through financial and operational analysis.
• Analyze business performance, identify trends, risks, and opportunities, and provide actionable recommendations to leadership teams.
• Develop and maintain management dashboards, analytics solutions, and reporting tools to improve visibility and transparency of key business metrics.
• Support budgeting, forecasting, financial reviews, and month-end closing activities across the Function & Legal Entity Controlling organization.
• Drive automation and digitalization initiatives using technologies such as Power BI, Power Automate, SharePoint, SAP, and Microsoft 365 solutions.

Who can apply

• Professional accounting qualification such as Chartered Accountant (CA) or equivalent.
