What you'll do

We are looking for a Compensation & Benefits Analyst to join our Global HR Services team and play a critical role in delivering compensation and benefits support across multiple geographies.
  • In this role, you will partner with HR teams, business leaders, employees, and external vendors to ensure the efficient administration of compensation programs and employee benefits. You will be responsible for supporting key annual compensation processes, maintaining data accuracy within Workday, providing insightful reporting and analytics, and ensuring a high level of service delivery to stakeholders worldwide.
  • This position offers an excellent opportunity to gain global exposure while working on complex compensation programs, incentive plans, salary reviews, and benefits administration. You will collaborate with colleagues across regions, contribute to process improvements, and help drive operational excellence within a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

  • How You'll Make an Impact
  • Support the execution of global compensation processes, including Annual Salary Reviews (ASR), Short-Term Incentive (STI) programs, Long-Term Incentive (LTI) programs, scorecards, and other compensation initiatives, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery.
  • Administer compensation programs across multiple countries and regulatory environments while maintaining compliance with company policies and local requirements.
  • Maintain, validate, and monitor compensation-related employee data in Workday, ensuring data integrity and accuracy across HR systems.
  • Generate standard and ad hoc compensation reports, analytics, and insights to support global and regional stakeholders in decision-making.
  • Coordinate and support regional and global employee benefits programs, including vendor management and service delivery activities.
