• 1.Education: Graduate degree, with an MBA core specialization in Marketing or Events Management preferred.
• 2.Experience: 6 to 10 years of experience in marketing operations, terminology know-how, and market research.
• 3.Portfolio Scale: Operational tracking of an INR 100 Cr annual category expense across 50 to 100 active vendor accounts.
• Technical Skills/Knowledge
• 1.Marketing Sourcing Lifecycle: Complete command over marketing terminology, BTL activation frameworks, and media planning streams.
• 2.Sourcing Analytics: Mastery of comparative statement compilation, data tracking toolkits, and supplier quote auditing.
• 3.SAP MM Transactions: High transactional proficiency inside the SAP MM module environment.
• 4.Contractual Governance: Practical understanding of corporate compliance guidelines, SOPs, and legal agreement execution.
• 5.Office Productivity: Advanced capability in MS Excel and MS Office for managing spend reports and baseline tracking data.
