• Job Responsibilities : • Plan and facilitate stakeholder workshops with internal functional area leads and vendor representatives. • Elicit, analyze, and document detailed business and functional requirements in a complete and correct manner. • Write clear, testable requirements to support downstream development, configuration, and QA activities. • Translate business needs into functional specifications for the platform configuration and customization team.

• Skill Requirement : • Prior experience with Databricks or similar cloud data platforms. • Familiarity with clinical trial systems (EDC, CTMS) or pharmaceutical/life sciences domain. • Understanding of data mastering, cleansing, and intelligence/analytics platforms. • Experience working with geographically distributed teams (US, UK, India). • Background in UAT coordination for data-heavy or algorithm-driven platforms.
