Skills you'll use

What you'll do

• Support onboarding and offboarding of external counsel, ensuring compliance with internal processes and standards.
• Assist in managing law firm performance, including maintaining scorecards, collecting feedback, and coordinating training delivery
• Support the administration of outside counsel guidelines, engagement terms, and panel management processes
• Facilitate the RFP/competitive bidding process for new matters as required
• Manage matter intake, triage, and maintain records within legal technology platforms (e.g., e-billing, matter management)
• Provide analysis and reporting on law firm performance, spend, and compliance
• Capture and organize regular feedback from lawyers and firms (both substantive and compliance oriented)
• Support legal document processing, formatting, and related administrative tasks
• Provide administrative assistance for raising Legal Department purchase orders (POs) and related procurement processes
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external partners to ensure smooth execution of OCM and legal operations activities

Who can apply

• Graduate degree in any discipline
• Up to 6 years of experience, ideally with exposure to operations and preferably legal operations
• Experience in vendor management or legal operations is preferred; strong operations professionals from other domains will be considered
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Outlook, Excel, and other productivity and collaboration tools.
• Experience with contract management lifecycle software, procurement software, CRM software, and workflow/case management software is preferred
