What you'll do

  • Manage sales and distribution through DSAs, connectors, and channel partners for Home Loans and Loan Against Property (LAP) products.
  • Drive business growth by onboarding and developing new DSAs and connectors within the assigned geography.
  • Manage and improve productivity of the Direct Sales Team to achieve business objectives.
  • Identify and effectively market opportunities within assigned catchment areas to generate quality leads.
  • Achieve monthly sanction and disbursement targets as assigned by the organization.
  • Meet prospective customers and provide suitable loan solutions based on their financial requirements.
  • Educate customers on product features, eligibility criteria, documentation requirements, terms & conditions, repayment schedules, and applicable charges.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with DSAs, connectors, customers, and other stakeholders to ensure sustainable business growth.
  • Coordinate with internal teams including Credit, Legal, Technical, RCU, Operations, and Sales Support for smooth processing and disbursement of loan applications.
  • Ensure compliance with organizational policies, regulatory requirements, and process guidelines while sourcing business.
