What you'll do
- 1. Regional Procurement & Team Leadership
- Lead and manage the North East regional procurement team, ensuring effective execution of procurement plans and alignment with central sourcing strategies.
- Drive capability building, performance management, and a strong culture of ownership and collaboration within the team.
- Actively participate as a member of the Regional Leadership Team, contributing to business decisions and strategic initiatives.
- 2. RM / PM Availability & Supply Assurance
- Ensure continuous availability of RM and PM to support manufacturing and business continuity across the region.
- Work closely with plants, material planning, and central teams to mitigate supply risks and manage demand variability.
- Support and implement new sourcing initiatives and regional projects related to RM, PM, and spares.
- 3. MRO & Indirect Spend Management
- Lead regional sourcing, negotiation, and contracting for MROs and indirect materials.
