Skills you'll use

What you'll do

• Build and lead a 5+ member cross-functional embedded software team across industrial networking and motor control.
• Define execution plans, schedules, and quality metrics across SDK, protocol stacks, and validation.
• Mentor engineers; guide them through hard technical calls and delivery pressure.
• Industrial Networking Software
• Deliver and integrate Industrial Ethernet stacks – EtherCAT (master and SubDevice), PROFINET RT/IRT, Ethernet/IP, CC-Link IE TSN, Modbus, and HSR/PRP redundancy – through in-house work and partners (RT-Labs, be.services, Beckhoff/Siemens IP).
• Own a stack abstraction (port layer) and common APIs so customers and third-party stacks drop in cleanly.
• Contribute to and leverage the RISC-V open-source ecosystem
• Motor Control Software
• Guide real-time control software (FOC loops, ADC/PWM handling, encoder interface) and its co-existence with the networking stack on shared cores/threads.
• Deliver reference applications and customer packages that combine motor control with industrial connectivity.
