What you'll do

  • Operational Oversight
  • Supervise daily processing of supplier invoices and employee reimbursements.
  • Ensure proper coding, approvals, and compliance with company policy.
  • Monitor accounts payable ledger for accuracy and completeness.
  • Manage end-to-end AP cycle: invoice receipt → validation → approval → payment → reconciliation.
  • 2. Team Coordination & Support
  • Allocate and track work of junior AP team members.
  • Act as first point of contact for team queries and escalations.
  • Assist in training new team members on systems and procedures.
  • Motivate the team to meet performance and accuracy targets.

Who can apply

  • Support in the preparation of documentation for internal and external audits.
  • Assist with implementation and monitoring of fraud-prevention procedures.
  • 4. Vendor Management
  • Resolve vendor queries and payment discrepancies professionally and timely.
  • Maintain good working relationships with vendors and internal stakeholders (e.g., procurement, treasury).
  • 5. Reporting & Analysis
  • Generate AP reports: aging reports, due payments, and exception reports.
  • Support monthly/quarterly closing activities with finance.
  • Analyze payment trends and propose improvements.
  • 6. Process Improvement
