• We are looking for a TIBCO Software Engineer II to join our growing software development team, working on an important Deposit and Shared services initiation capabilities.
• This position is within Technology and DEPOSITS & SHARED SVCS LOB, related to API development, the design, implementation, and support of our TIBCO Enterprise Service Bus & API Management. Ability to create conceptual end-to-end integration deliverables, technical specification documents and recommend high quality solutions for the TIBCO BW ESB integration platform. Ability to Analyze, code, test, and implement in coordination with management, associates, and end users while following the Enterprise SDLC. May oversee the work of less experienced analysts or assist in special projects as needed.
• The ideal candidate should have the necessary skills and experience to provide coding and application support. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills to management, individual contributors, and business stakeholders. The ideal candidate will move at a rapid rate of execution while maintaining both the short- and long-term strategic view while collaborating with team members.

They must have both the short- and long-term strategic view when deciding on the best technical approach. They must be able to develop code and effectively oversee distributed development team members.
